"My mom died so I booked the room for my Dad. A week before arrival his dad died so we called the desk and they said manager Carol will cancel since your within cancellation period and I just needed to call hotels.com. When they called she denied approval and refused to cancel or call me back after calling multiple times until Friday at 4pm before arrival. One time a receptionist even checked her office to let me know she was there and I was still sent to voicemail. I decided to make the trip instead of loosing out all the money and I'm glad I didn't send my Dad. Questionable cleanliness and management for SURE. Lots of dirt in the corners and black hairs all over the bathroom (I have blonde hair). The sink was falling apart and the staff didn't clean the soap scum off the bottles on the wall. Not what I expected after booking such an expensive oceanfront room at a resort but should have guessed considering the manager.... yikes ! "

"Staff was fine. Hotel, more like motel, was dingy and in need of renovations. Charged parking for a disable person. Would never book this again. "

"Awesome look of old Florida style resort right on a beautiful beach. Rooms are large and clean. Staff was friendly, but for one hiccup in the patio for lunch where the waitress insisted we received the correct order even through she (and us) knew it was wrong."

"Poorly managed. Tub kept clogging up. Cleanliness not up to standard. Half of supplies were empty. I waited around for beach towels, finally saw a cleaning staff asked her, she said I can’t talk right now lol wth. I asked for steamer on msg portal, they said they’ve bring it right away. Never arrived, I asked twice and had to leave for meeting. "
