"One of the beds had hair in between the sheets. The other bed was a little bit better. The TV selection was very poor As far as swimming pool and hot tub, it was lightning and stormy day or night and wasn’t a good idea to go out there so spent my time in the room I had to use my own phone for entertainment because the TV had very very poor selection"

"We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room and bathroom were. The outside is old and dated but kept well, but the inside has been updated and was lovely. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a fridge inside too. Our only problem was getting the heater to work in our room. Should have called maintenance before it got so late, so we had to pile on the clothes til morning, lesson learned. This is a wonderful place to stay."

"Room was nice. Not enough outlets near the bedside (just 2 usb ports in the lamp). The bathroom is a glass door (like the barn door). Don't eat a lot of beans or everyone in the room will hear your special effects!"

"Since we were on the bottom floor the guests above us were being very disrespectful and disruptive as we were all in bed ready to sleep at 10 pm with little children after a long day being out playing in the snow. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the first floor especially if the walking noise back and forth bother you bc it was loud and bothered us. We called the front desk 2x and the guests above never answered their calls just to show what type of people they are. Eventually they went to bed but it was like 2 hours later and the front desk staff didn’t do much to fix the problem. Everything else was ok. "

"Our pet friendly room was small and felt a bit cramped with furniture but the bathroom is huge. Although the mattress was comfortable, the mattress cover did not breathe and made us sweat profusely. Unfortunately, we figured too late to ask to place a few towels in between the mattress cover and the fitted sheet. We also had issues with the thermostat even when it was set on cool the air was hot (opening the windows helped to get fresh air). The staff was amazingly accommodating. Overall, it was a nice stay and allowed us to travel with our sweet golden retriever who loves to sleep next to us."
