AMAZING!!!! I have spent at least 3 months/year in hotels in the past years and this was by far the best service I ever had! They picked us up from the airport for free; when I forgot my Kindle they tried to call us but since we did not pick up the phone, their driver went looking for us and returned it to me - after that he even drove us to the metro station; the room was huge; the bathroom huge too and everything super clean. I never write reviews, but had to write this one because I was...

Booked this hotel for one night as we had an early flight the following morning. One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Portugal. Room was large and clean, staff where brilliant and it's in an excellent location for access to the metro system and airport. There was also the added bonus of a free airport shuttle. Will stay again

The room is clean, quite and simple, which was what we wanted and expected. We had a very good sleep before taking a early flight. We appreciated two great and value-added services : 1) provided a private car to bring us to airport which took only 3 minutes 2) The breakfast opens at 3:00am which is a very good start for the early flight travellers.

Great hotel and staff

Great price for a hotel far better than your average.

Only objection was that they now charge for the shuttle service to the airport.

It was a pleasent stay in Holiday in express and I would recommend anyone. All staff members were helpful and nice .Hotel is clean and provide good breakfast.Good value for money

Beautiful and clean room. Great location; close to the beach, supermarket and bus stop! However, the female receptionist we had all three days was not very nice unfortunately. Not helpful at all and actually rude at answering our questions. Sighing and rolling her eyes. Nevertheless, we would still recommend this hotel because it was great.

Great hotel location, the rooms and the hotel are spotless. The staff can not do enough for you, they are so helpful and friendly.

Everything was comfy and clean

A service

Great location if you want to access the lovely sandy beach. Pool very good and clean.

everything

Better than your average ibis ( which are generally good anyway) check in took quite a long time , but that was more due to difficult guests. Parking behind the hotel for a larger vehicle, evening meal was good and breakfast as well very reasonably priced and comfortable quiet room

This hotel is great. Right beside the metro with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff lovely and friendly. Great tasty made to order breakfast options, although it can be busy at peak times. Would I stay here again definitely!
