For breakfast the pot labelled "hot water" was ice cold, there was one napkin for the guests, the food choices were bad. Other guests must have also been disgusted because nobody was in the dining room. When I mentioned the hot water and napkin problem to the morning front desk person he didn't try to help, he just said the kitchen staff had not shown up that day.
