Yes the staff were very courteous and helpful, the Animation team were excellent, the events that they organised for the children and adults 😀 was very good, pool area kept clean and well policed by the Life guard on duty, The food was good most of the time Breakfast v good . I don’t like the criticise food as one can always find faults but it general is was good, I will just say the grilled beef we tried on a couple of occasions was not very tender and some chicken dishes were poor but overall one would not go hungry was

Beautiful location with everything you need fir a summer vacation: pool, beach, water park, shopping, mini golf and park. It’s close to Mogàn, a beautiful village with shopping and beach. We had a huge room with a beautiful balcony. Did is fresh and big variety!

Aquapark, and pools are amazing. Also the position is really great as well as the view from the balcony. The rooms are quite big and the cleaning service great as well. Only downsides the food choice and quality are not that great and the spa/gym access is not included but you have to pay extra.

Fabulous 5 night break

We stayed in the hotel for a 5 night all inclusive break and really couldn't fault anything. The rooms were very spacious with amazing views and cleaned on a daily basis.The whole stay was really lovely. The staff were very friendly but wanted to mention Ali who was very nice and went out of his way to chat to us and made us feel really welcome. We will definitely be returning at some point sooner rather than later. We really didn't want to go home!

Excellent Hotel in Gran Canaria

After reading all reviews I was apprehensive about the hotel but I don't regret booking here. Room was huge, great view, staff were soooo friendly and amazing. Great variety of food and some of them were amazing, other ones could improve. Sangria was excellent. Only negative thing was the Cocktails that can be better. Activities every night for kids and adults. Pool was great although the big one with the slides was with sea water, my kids didnt like that.

Great Christmas break

The hotel is situated in a beautiful bay, and every room has incredible sea views from the balcony. The staff are all very polite and friendly and the hotel was very clean. The food was reasonable for an all inclusive, although a bit repetitive. As vegetarians we did struggle at dinner especially. The pool was nice enough although pretty cold! The acquapark was great for the kids, although again this was freezing! It would have been so much nicer to have had glasses for drinks rather than plastic cups. I can understand that during the day by the pool, however whilst drinking in the lounge glasses should have been available like in the restaurant. Overall we had a good stay

We recently stayed at Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and efficient service. The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island. 🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this is a great base to start from. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely recommend Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark to anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and relaxing stay in Gran Canaria. If I could, I would give 0 stars. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was rude and wasn't helpful at all. We arrived around 2:45 PM, and lunch closed at 3 PM. We kindly asked if we could go to the restaurant to grab something quick for our baby, as we traveled more than 13 hours and our baby hadn't eaten anything. The receptionist said, "No, it's too late; go after." We asked if there was anything at the pool bar or the main bar. Her response was, "Yes, there should be something; go check." We asked where the bar was, and she didn't clarify anything, just said, "Go to the 1st floor; you will find it." We ended up buying outside the hotel to grab something. Pool bar cocktails and smoothies are so misleading. They say you have everything inclusive, but when you go to the bar, they have smoothies advertised, and, hiddenly, they have a small one on the left of the bar with prices. You will assume that the smoothies are in the inclusive prices, but they are not. Be careful with the towels; that was my first encounter where I had to pay a £20 deposit for cases if you lose or damage them. Then, you'll have to pay £1 every time you take them to be cleaned. So, for example, if you go for 7 days and borrow 3 towels, you will end up paying £21 in total for the towels, which is crazy, as outside of the hotel, shops sell 2 towels for the price of £10. And not only that, I still haven't received my deposit back. The hotel had one of the worst collections for breakfast, lunch, an

Great Hotel, will definatelly be back

Spend first week of February 2024 there with my family and friends. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and toiletries to up. Cleaning ladies on 2nd floor were very nice and great at their job. Amazing staff that could not be more helpful, everyone during meals receptionists, animations team. Special recognition for Ali who was super helpful and nice to our group. Pool water was clean and slightly heated, so we were using it every day, had some nice bubble jets and great view. Very good food with different selection every lunch and dinner. Breakfast also had a lot of choices including omelettes made on request and fresh pancakes and churros every day. Very good coffee, wide selection of soft drinks. The only minutes is still water from the machine – awful taste. Mini disco for the kids most nights and some entertainment for adults from 9 in eth arena next to the hotel where kids can also use some additionally paid attractions – mic gold, mini go-carts, trampolines, bowling. Waterpark (access included in hotel price) also across the street – good slides however water in February still cold so only used few times Thanks, Kamila and Dariusz

The hotel is in really picturesque area of Gran Canaria Island. Beach is very clean and sufficient for 1 week stay. Food in the all inclusive is pretty much the same every day. Quality of the food is reasonable and staff tries to keep things clean. Hotel is somewhat worn out as indicated by worn carpets in the hallways. At all-inclusive hotel one needs to be able to get the coffee before 7:30am. Pool is clean but snack bar is left to be desired. Do not expect the variety of Mexican All-inclusive in terms of food. This is budget version of that. Probably this is European thing. Deserts were good and high quality. Kids spent 2-3 days in water park but then got tired of it. We recommend take some tours. There are a lot of cats around the hotel and people feed them cat food. It is a sad that the road between Valley Taurito and Mogan is closed due to the damage.

Nice hotel. We didn’t pay crazy money so worth it and only here for long weekend. Pools too cold to swim in and waterpark salt water making it uncomfortable to be in for long. Food choices very limited. A good 3star hotel.

Excellent location in Gran Canaria walking distance to water park, beach and beach activities. Hotel was great and staff was really nice.

Nice resort for a relaxing holiday. Plenty for kids to do. Good variety selection of food. Pleasant staff who are willing to help as best as they possibly can. Nice small beach Not many restaurants and cafe due to I guess all the hotels being all inclusive packages

Good value for the money but the hotel pool was cold and the water park was freezing cold. Also the variety of the food wasn't that good, almost the same dishes came over and over again.

This hotel certainly is not 4 star. The food is varied but never hot, always luke warm at best. The plates are also cold. One lift of the two was out of order for 7 days and still had not been repaired as we left.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind zwar groß und sauber aber alles andere passt nicht. Lauwarmes Kantinenessen der unteren Qualität. Nachts sehr laute Musik!

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer, Bad und Balkon war sehr groß. Das Angebot vom Buffet war sehr reichhaltig. Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Strand.

Det er et fint sted hotellet ligger. Her er mange solskinstimer. Hotellet passer godt til par, og familier med små børn. Sker ikke så meget for unge mennesker.
