Fantastic value for money - The perfect location (not busy) and right by the beach. Please note you have to walk the beach via rocks or steep steps - so not suitable for kids or the elderly. Brilliant staff who really looked after us and gave my boyfriend a bottle for his birthday.

Reception is on the 8th floor, with the rest of the rooms being underneath since the property is on a steep hill, which was a little odd. Check in and check out were both very smooth. It was a little hard to find parking (we ended up parking a ten minute walk away, but it was free). We didn't use the kitchen but it looked very nicely stocked with cookware. Definitely a hotel for the older crowd!

Great service the apartments have a great views. They seem to be a little bit dated and on the final night when we requested additional blanket for the third person staying in the room there seem to be a little bit of lack of willingness from the staff to provide it, but after back-and-forth, it was sorted out overall good location and I recommend it good value for money.

The hotel is clean, the location isn’t bad - close to beach and my apartment had a beautiful sea view A special mention for Caton at the pool bar who was always friendly and very hardworking Unfortunately one member of staff had some complaints and this was raised with management The issues : Nowhere in the hotel has air con apart from in the bedrooms of the apartment which meant the reception staff suffer in the heat all day The restaurant, lifts , foyer there is no air conditioning and this could be very uncomfortable in the heat of August for guests and staff My apartment wasn’t cleaned for 3 days and I had to go to reception for toilet roll , fresh towels and empty the rubbish myself which isn’t great The majority of guests are Spanish and as British we were definitely the minority We also felt that some staff favoured their own sadly and they received more respect Until late into the early hours there were young Spanish children making a lot of noise by the pool We did report this to reception who stated they would speak with them however unfortunately this continued each night until 2/3 am and we were kept awake

Great stay, bargain price

Stayed just 1 night while en route to our holiday elsewhere. The apartment was lovely with everything you could need. The air con was only in the bedroom and we could have done with a fan or something in the lounge/ diner. We stayed half board and the food was really good especially for the price we paid. The only downside to the restaurant was no aircon and it was stifling in the evening. The pool and sun terraces were lovely with plenty of beds and parasols. Would definitely consider staying again.

Hotel is excellent value for money. Breakfast had plenty of choice. A small issue with pulling the kettle socket out of wall as kettle would not switch off. Staff are efficient as well as being helpful and friendly.

Gran Canaria trip

We only stayed at the resort for one day on our way to other accommodation. We found the staff on the reception very friendly and had a quick check in which was appreciated after a late flight. Room was nice and clean if a bit dated. I went up to the bar but it seemed closed at 11.15. Nice view from the balcony.

Very basic stay for 1 night

No air conditioning . Had a huge, noisy electric fan in the bedroom instead. We all had to wear a plastic bracelet to show we are guests - security I think. Clean enough tho and good location for 1 night stay.

Granted, it's a three star property, however the apartment had no fans or air-conditioning. This made the stay really uncomfortable. Had to ask for a fan to use from the hotel in order to get to sleep. Grounds are nice. Access to beach is 5 minute's walk. The bed was comfortable and clean apartment. Some wear and tear visible.

Beautiful sea view, nice rooms with air conditioner and very helpful staff. The location is good, with the Patalavaca beach just outside the hotel, and only 5 minutes to walk to Arguineguin. Only minus for us as a family was that the pool didn’t open before 11am. Also, the sun did not reach the sunbeds and pool area before 11 , so the pool was very cold (in May).
