"Room was clean and well appointed. The painting in the room was kind of scary- particularly in the middle of the night. Staff was very helpful, although staff at breakfast seemed like they wanted to be helpful but didn't know how how. Check in/out was smooth."

"The hotel itself was clean and well maintained with staff being well trained. Where it lacked was the inoperable AC in the room and the comfortability of the beds. The quality of the mattress for a 4 star hotel was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep; on par with an osb board with a cover sheet on top."

"Great Eggs Benedict and other choices for breakfast. Chocolate Croissant were perfect size and very good as well. Good service as well. Room was large and very comfortable. Had room service for dinner and food was very good! I had a chicken dish and my husband had a smoked salmon sandwich which was delicious."
