"Staff were polite, but had no information regarding our booking. The room was comfortable, but we had no kettle in order to make tea or coffee, no remote control to use tv. We ordered a double bed, but got 3 single beds at different heights, made up with single bedding. "

"The hot water in the shower was very inconsistent and changed temperature every 5 seconds. The sky shower head did not work. We had to ask for towels every morning, because they took all without every replacing them. At every stay it’s happening, every single morning. And everything takes a very long time. "

"Above and beyond, the staff is very helpful for your stay. They do the extra length for your safety and accomodation concerns. The roof top is amazing, with awesome views, a pool and dining area. Our room was much more than expected. Very large and especially bright and comfortable.The breakfast had many options for anyone's taste. Also, a huge thank you and bonus with Maroua Hentati, Client services. She is well-mannered, charming and listens with a keen interest of our opinions. She made us feel at home and she is a great inspiration for this high class hotel of Casablanca. Actually, she represents every essence of the moroccan "vibe and feel".
