Pool was being cleaned when we were there and we would not go into the pool even though staff said that we could. It was quite dirty. The hotel is about a 20 minute ride into the heart of Coimbra. We would recommend a taxi or Uber since parking is very hard to find in Coimbra. "

It is in a very challenging place in old Coimbra so you need to be reasonably fit although another lovely lady walking her dog helped me out the next night when i was lost"

In addition, a staff member who said they had been working there for only two months was rude and unprofessional in their attitude.
