Simply the best hotel you will ever stay at.

Palazzo Caví was one of the nicest places that I have ever stayed. Maria Giovanna is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host who not only makes ner guests feel welcome, but also helps to make their stay a memorable one. From the lovely rooms to the beautiful roof deck with delicious local colazione all the way to help with planning things do do in Mola di Bari and beyond, I was amazed by the stay here. Maria helped make our honeymoon visit an unforgettable one.

This hotel is extraordinary, I’ve never stayed anywhere like it. The palazzo only has 5 rooms, so it is like an exclusive boutique hotel. The rooms have all the modern amenities you would expect, while keeping the original features and history of the building. The breakfast, served on the beautiful roof terrace, was incredible. It was definitely one of our favourite parts of our stay. Over about six different courses, changed each day, Maria will talk you through the ingredients, the agriculture and the story behind the produce. She knows everyone who makes the produce, which is all bought fresh and local that morning. Food is a way of life here, and each morning was like a private food tour through the region. Bring your appetite as we definitely didn’t feel the need to eat until dinner! Maria was also so kind to make adjustments for my particular diet. Special thanks to Maria for being so attentive, for always being on hand with tips or advice if we needed, recommending everything from restaurants, to shops, to trips to other towns. She was happy to send all the details to our phones for easy access, it was like having a personal concierge throughout our stay and we felt so cared for through her hospitality and attention to detail. A selfish part of me hopes this hotel doesn’t become too popular so that we can return whenever we like in future (we plan to!), but honestly I would recommend this hotel with no hesitation to anyone who wants an authentic Apulian experience

Amazing property and the best hospitality I have experienced in Italy! Maria is an excellent host and the property is gorgeous. The breakfast is outstanding and the location of this property is perfect to explore best parts of Puglia right Monopoli, Ostuni, Polignano etc

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Alles war perfekt, das Zimmer sehr modern und sauber. Die äußerst tolle Gastgeberin hat uns viele Tipps über die Umgebung gegeben. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es gab jeden Tag mehrere Gänge, welche jeden Tag wechselten. Auf Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten wurde eingegangen. Der Jacuzzi konnte kostenlos nach Anmeldung genutzt werden. Das Palazzo Cavì ist eine wunderbare kleine Unterkunft, welche wir immer wieder besuchen würden.

Die Unterkunft ist der Wahnsinn: Das Gebäude, die Sauberkeit, die Dachterrasse, das Frühstück (wow!) und vor allem die beiden Gastgeber - so unglaublich lieb, hilfsbereit und passioniert. Wirklich ein „home away from Home“. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir hier übernachten durften und würden in Apulien nirgendwo anders mehr bleiben - besser kann man es nicht antreffen.

Perfeito

A palavra é “perfeita” . Maria e Marco conseguem definir o que é perfeição para seus clientes em uma estadia. Não é só a magia do lugar, é cada detalhe que ela faz questão de fazer no café da manhã, na dedicação e amor que coloca em cada detalhe, nas dicas e orientações dos lugares do que fazer. Eu indico para todos conhecer o lugar pois terá a mesma opinião. Agora entendo porque é nota 10!!!
