"The best hotel by far, with the loveliest staff - who adored our children and went over and above with everything they did for our family. "Food here was wonderful especially the seafood buffet and Asian night! Room smelt mouldy (downstairs), they upgraded our room which was nice, still ground floor so still smelly. But I think because of recent water leakage issues downstairs. Great pool, kids had a ball."

One super disappointing thing that happened on our morning of checking out though. They say to leave your luggage outside your room and they will collect to take to the ferry dock. "Bula Spirt was nowhere to be seen. Owner clearly is sucking the place dry and not a cent spent on up keep. Food was really basic, trouble with over croweded boats and staff are very unhappy. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Very unpleasant stay, such a shame"
