Nicht den erwartungen entsprochen

Die Bilder entsprachen leider nicht den Bildern in der Buchungsplattform, wir waren im untersten Stock und hatten keinerlei Aussicht. Dies sah auf der Buchungsseiten noch ganz anders aus. Auch der Pool war nicht zu gebrauchen obwohl damit geworben wird. Es war jedoch sauber und die Leute waren freundlich. Das WLAN war im untersten Stock (wo unser Zimmer war) nicht zu gebrauchen da kaum Empfang.

The breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. Nice place to stay near Monaco at good prices. The roomes would need some renovation.

Trop cool

Séjour sympathique pour aller du côté de monaco et Italie puis le village très sympas à visité, on reviendra à coup sûr. L’accueil vraiment au top.

Recommended.

Our room was spacious with morning sun on the balcony and a glimpse of the sea. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk to the old village of Eze and also to a variety of shops and restaurants. Eze is close to the motorway in the direction of Monaco to the east and Nice to the west and is therefore easily accessible. The hotel is recommendable.

Tres bon accueil Chambre simple ,manque d’entretien Et petit déjeuner médiocre pour le prix de 12,50 même pas de pain frais,juste du pain de mie à griller et minis viennoiseries Je suis beaucoup déçu le lendemain nous avons pris le petit déjeuner en face à la boulangerie pour 5€ par pers c’etait Meilleur avec du pain frais et de vrai croissants Désolé

The residence is clean, quiet and with a nice panorama, there is every comfort and the staff is very kind. The continental breakfast was also great. Interesing holiday in a nice town also for the low season.

Ménage à désirer sincèrement. Salle de bain et toilettes poils de partout..... Sans compter la moisissure au plafond et aux joints dans la sdb.... Sinon bon accueil mais parking trop petit il faut prendre en sus le parking couvert à 10 euros la nuit. Petit déjeuner convenable mais pas exceptionnel non plus.

The hotel has quite a good location. We had a room with terrace and breathtaking views to the sea. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities. Marietta, the reception lady, was very kind and helpful. Had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. Would recommend to anyone planning to stay in Eze.

The property start to be really run down and there is a serious lack of hygiene. Our flat had bedbugs, leading to us being bitten all over.

Well-equipped hotel with kitchenette, but decor and amenities make it more a 3 than 4 star. a few things didnt work - dishwasher, bedside lamp, and the wifi was completely unreliable. The patio chairs at the indoor table were very uncomfortable. The the reception staff was superb, very cheerful and helpful.

Siamo stati fortunati, al residence ci hanno concesso un appartamento piu' grande di quello prenotato con una bella vista sul mare e lateralmente sul villaggio di Eze. Camere pulite,cucinino funzionale e ben accessoriato .Buona l'accoglienza alla reception,

에즈빌리지와 정말 가깝고 향수공장도 바로 앞에 있어서 관광&쇼핑에 정말 좋습니다. 물가가 전반적으로 비싸서 숙소의 시설에 비해 값이 비싼게 단점입니다.

Great location and overall space/size of room. Sabrina at the front desk was amazing - she was very helpful in ensuring I could check-in early and freshen up before leaving for meetings. Breakfast selection could be a bit better.

Nous avons passé un bon grand weekend end dans un appartement au second étage avec vue sur mer. Appart pratique, grande terrasse, bonne literie. Résidence proche des commerces. Nous avons aprécié la piscine encore ouverte fin septembre et le petit déjeuner même si un peu cher. Accueil sympathique et serviable.
