The front-desk staff were very helpful in securing us transport to the airport for our very early flight out of Naples; much cheaper than booking through Uber. "Nice place, though this does not feel like hotel hotel more like an shared apartment. We received no information on how to get into the building or our room. Luckily another couple was also staying there and entering at the same time, they were helpful enough to tell me how to get access, but this was not ideal. Might have been my fault for not sending IDs beforehand but also there was no follow up after booking. It was fixed quickly as soon as I talked to the host and the place was nice....

"The hotel is in a very run down and noisy area near to the station. If you are a light sleeper try to get a room at the back rather than looking over the main roads. The car horns are going 24/7. Staff were nice enough, those in reception were helpful and friendly however others were miserable and quite rude. There are several ok restaurants nearby, nothing that special though. A must try however is the Sfoggliatella cafe in the corner, unreal pastries!!"

Nice roof top bar but food and service were more like what you would expect from a US hotel - overpriced and so so. The gym is a treadmill, stationary bike and one or two other machines in an open room - which was to have but if you’re wanting a more complete gym this is not one."

Room had a window you could open but not see out of due to shutter that was across it. Room very basic. Has a fridge (no water) but no kettle etc Bed comfy as a solo but would be v small to share Breakfast had the most lovely pastries but you had to ask for milk and hot water so if felt rationed Sun terrace was lovely and great to sit on of an evening Reception team fab and helpful particularly Simona who was lovely and wrote out everything out for me, called me a taxi and just generally great."
