"Views from this property are stunning. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. They were a real pleasure. My room was clean and roomy. The property was conveniently located a two minute walk from nine arches Bridge and an excellent restaurant. The breakfast provided at the hotel was tasty and provided an abundant amount of food."

"We were stunned by everything at Jetwing Kaduruketha. Our Villa was perfect. Spotlessly clean with a gorgeous view over the paddy fields. The service was unobtrusive but excellent. The food exceptional and our butler (who we called Can Do because he could do everything) was special. We will long remember him and his smile. We learned that most of the staff come from the local village & you could feel their happiness & camaraderie in being there. We cycled to the village where the local shopkeeper insisted on giving us a coconut from his garden and visited the local Buddhist monastery where we were also made very welcome. We walked & saw incredible birds with our guide. The peacocks, land monitors & weaver birds were all around us. If only every hotel could be as exceptional as this one is."

"Wow! Where to start with Nine Skies - we had the most exceptional stay during our honeymoon. The property is so gorgeous and all the grounds are so well maintained. The food is exceptional and the staff are so lovely. We wish we could have stayed for longer! Everyone made us feel at home and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to our friends and family! "

"It’s a real shame to feel a need to leave a negative review as this. I can honestly say that this is the first negative review we have ever left for a hotel so it is not something that we find joy in doing. We travel to similar calibre hotels every month and I can honestly say this was the worst we have ever been to and we wouldn’t recommend spending your money going here. The rooms are not sound proof at all, the shower water was cold for 2 days. We had a room on the second floor and the neighbours in the room next to us were screaming for hours (including their baby). The parents were arguing and the children were very loud too. We could also hear their tv. While we completely appreciate that babies cry, we wouldn’t expect to hear them as if they were in our room. We called reception to kindly ask if they could speak to next door. They said they did and that they would call us back shortly. They never called back. We contacted them again and they said they would investigate, again, we heard nothing back when they said they would return our call. We then went to dinner and spoke to somebody at the reception and they said to us that the neighbours balcony door was open and they asked them to close it. The next morning at 5am, it all started again. We gave it some time but then had to call reception as it was so loud. They apologised and said they would ask the manager to come and see us. The manager never came. for 1000USD a night the food is not up to standard. "

"Usually all hotels/resorts will provide towels inside their bathrooms. The resort does not. Bring your own. Book villa so that you can enjoy breakfast in the forest."

"The only hotel in the world to cable car me in. And maybe my favourite hotel in Sri Lanka. Very relaxing as no internet in rooms and I read and listened to waterfall. Heaps of room to do yoga."
