Clean, comfortable functional and convenient

Clean, comfortable and cheap, 20 minutes away from the ferry port with a good selection of restaurants nearby. Perfect for a short overnight stay before an early morning ferry crossing.

The road noise was obvious. The room smelt of other people's smoking. The room was warm and air con noisy. Couldn't have window open due to noise plus people smoking outside on the balcony. TV not working. Wouldn't stay here again

Very cheap stop over.

Spotlessly clean and the location is great for a convenient stop over. Lots of eating options around the hotel. Breakfast OK. Very good value. Very small room, tiny bathroom and a few minor maintenance issues. The bed isnt very comfortable and the upper bunk is really close to the ceiling - so very high and limited headroom.

Don’t pay for it. Go somewhere else.

Horrible hotel, we felt so unsafe that we slept with a chair against the door. Bathroom was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. The building looks very old, the room smelled of cigarettes even though we got a non-smoking room. Super weird neighborhood and people.

Good for the price.

Because we were arriving late, they sent me codes to get into the car park and the room. All relatively easy, though the questions at the machine for the keys, were a bit confusing, i.e. breakfast required at a cost, when breakfast was included in the price we paid. Apart from that, everything else was good. We got exactly what we expected, for the price we paid.

We have stayed there before and it was alright but this time the water was cold and we couldn't get the heating to work. We said we had one person that could not do stairs that was disabled and although we had a ground floor room it was too small to move about with a person using a stick.

Disappointing two nights

Room air conditioning didn't work, and hotel wasn't able to fix it even though we mentioned about the issue. The room was very hot and it was almost impossible to sleep. Especially the bathroom wasn't very clean. Pillows were weird and very small sized. On a positive side I have to mention that the hotel's automatic checking machine worked perfectly and was easy to use.

Horrible stressful experience

We knew that reception closed at 21.00 and we would not arrive before 23.00 so we followed the instructions to contact the hotel. Firstly the hotel never replied through the messaging service so I telephoned and despite language difficulties was given a code for the machine outside the hotel to issue a door key. On arrival the machine was not working the tel number was not answered. Horrible, we were tired and cold with no way to get into a room. Another tel number was displayed on the machine and eventually we were let in and given a key. Overall a horrible experience so stressful believing that we might have to look for a hotel so late when we were so tired. Never again

Nous avons pris 3 nuits en plein mois d’août. Les réceptionniste et le personnel sont top. Le petit dej très bon mais pas grand choix. Les chambres sont petites, salle de bain n’en parlons pas.. très déçu de la salle de bain. Très petit on met de l’eau partout avec la douche. Le rideau de douche colle il ne sert limite à rien. Le confort du lit n’est pas top. La Clim ne refroidis pas grand chose non plus portant régler à fond, elle fait plus de bruit qu’autre chose.

Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Accueil excellent, aimable, souriant et professionnel. Une chambre très propre et bien entretenue. Un hôtel première classe de qualité. Les 2 jeunes femmes à l'accueil du petit déjeuner font tout leur travail avec sérieux et gentillesse. Un petit-déjeuner copieux pour un prix modique. Tout pour plaire ! A recommander.
