"Wonderful staff, very well located with free parking available, swimming in the pool was a very refreshing experience, wonderful breakfast as well. Highly recommend."
"This is a very average property, with a very nice view.
The staff isn't very friendly from the minute we walked in the door. None of the amenities were open, or they were all booked. So if you want to eat dinner apparently you need to call weeks ahead.
The breakfast is very average. It's like a selection of grocery store bought goods and and a couple of hot things. Also no cups, which apparently was a chore to be asked for one.
But then the worst part, is that construction on the property apparently starts at 7:00 a.m. sharp. Nothing like waking up to an angle grinder cutting rebar.
Would probably look fo stay somewhere more local next time."
"What a gorgeous property. Spa options are amazing. The wine and port tasting was top-notch.
With only one night, we really did not get to experience all of it. I would recommend at least two. Coming in September or October during the winemaking season would be fantastic.
The staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable and helpful"
"Staff were fabulous, special thanks to Ana, Bruno and Rita.
Hotel was nice but tired, needs some TLC.
Hotel is good for 2 nights, as dinner menu only changes every other day.
Breakfast was satisfactory.
As the accommodation was listed as a “wine hotel” we were expecting wine tastings and a sommelier."
"This place is stunning, simply put. They thought of everything - none of the details were missed. Hairdryer in room, spacious bathrooms and spotless rooms, lovely breakfast included. The views, flowers, sounds of birds and refreshing pool are what makes this a special place. Very close to train station in Regua, with lots of restaurants close by."
