"Service is slow, though the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are good. There is a shortage of ingredients, so you can't count on consistency in what you order. The activities in the city are wonderful, and the staff is very helpful and cheerful."

"It started with us having to change our room twice then the safe didn’t work never fixed it then the actually checked somebody into our room they barged in as my husband was in a towel unacceptable! This place was a nightmare from start to finish"
