Super Lage, aber nicht wieder!

Check in und Übergabe generell erst ab 15 Uhr möglich. Angeblich Standard bei dem hotel, woanders nie erlebt haben. Drei Stunden auf Check in und Zimmer gewartet. Bei der Rezeption gab es kostenlose Getränke nur für die Ukrainer Flüchtlinge. Während die sich kostenlos bedienen, als bezahlte Kunde dürften wie uns nicht bedienen. Sehr wenig Personal.

Für diesen Preis sind die Zimmer zu klein und etwas sparsam ausgestattet. Nicht mal ein richtiger Schrank war vorhanden. Bei unserer Ankunft betrug die Temperatur im Zimmer 25Grad und wir hatten Mühe, eine erträgliche Schlafzemperatur zu bekommen.

Gutes, modernes Hotel

Gutes, neues Hotel in toller Lage direkt am Rhein. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Leider waren bei uns Duschgel und Shampoo leer, ansonsten alles gut.
