"The room was very spacious and looked amazing, along with a nice view with curtains. Bathroom was wonderful and clean, would've been nice to have a small soap or so but handwash wuas there which other hotels don't usually provide so that was appreciated. The beds were very comfy and extra pillows and blankets were provided. Staff helped with questions whenever needed, with no major problems popping up during my weekend stay. Right next to a major bus stop which gives routes to the city's main...

"The location is great - close to transit, shops and restaurants. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed having more space than one would normally find in a hotel. Our room included a balcony, which was great. The only issue we had is that my mother's unit (Unit 10) seemed to have an issue with hot water in the shower."

"Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...
