"The room was very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The TV didn't work. The first night, I registered late. The front desk staff tried to fix it...but no luck. They told me it would be repaired the next day while I was at the office, but it was not. I asked for another room. They were booked. I was told my rate would be adjusted, but no it wasn't. Simply not enough staff to handle normal issues that come up! I will not be back! "
