"The hotel is fine- it is safe, etc. But it is just 'mid'. If you are looking for absolute luxury, look elsewhere! I think this is a good option for those who don't want to break the bank, the area it is in though isn't great and a drive to get anywhere."

"The beach is stunning. The buildings are regal. You can see the water where ever you go. The islanders are very friendly nice people. Even the Airport is great, makes the US look silly. My wife and I have been on a lot of island trips but nothing was like this."

"We recently stayed at Sonesta and while the hotel itself is beautiful with amazing views and a great location, our experience was unfortunately very frustrating. Upon check-in, we specifically booked an ocean view room but were initially given Room 101, which had a parking lot/front entrance view instead. After having to make a fuss, we were finally moved to Room 311, which was much better. However, on days 2 and 3, the AC stopped working. On top of that, there was heavy construction going on...

"The place was extremely clean, safe and tranquil.. I honestly have no complaints. Nicco and his family were so welcoming and amazing throughout my stay. The breakfast pastries provided in the morning were absolutely delicious as well. Best sleep ever.💯 One of my favorite parts was that you literally walk out of your room straight onto the beach, which made the experience even more relaxing and beautiful. I will definitely be back! "Breakfast was very good,room was cleaned everyday,not to much noise where room was located. There are a good amount of restaurants close by for eating out. Beach chairs and beach was maintained good,only problem which has been posted sea weed has to be removed everyday. Transportation to and from airport was handled good by Expedia with vendor provided. The not so good and this goes to Expedia,do not offer room upgrades at Hotels that are not likely to fill the request for frequent Expedia...

Privacy was very limited due to the popularity of the beach club and the loungers right outside our window, however I was ok with it given the gorgeous view and the large windows. The neighbouring restaurant had loud club music late at night that I could hear, and was required to put AirPods in to drown out the noise. Perhaps ear plugs would be nice as an amenity.
