"The hotel was nice, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the text messaging system they used to check in and ensure I had everything I needed during my visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"The issue I ran into was brown water coming out of the faucets on the last day I was there. I was told that there was some kind of maintenance going on (no warning given to the guests) and that the water was fine, but I did not trust it. That issue should have been handled better."

"The staff helped me book 4 rooms for a group and facilitated the payment and assignment of rooms. The room was so comfortable and clean. The lobby is set up so a Royo can spend time together. The Common Man and the cafe were right in the building which was convenient. We ate at several excellent restaurants within walking distance. A very enjoyable stay."

"The breakfast area was well stocked and very clean. Tables were continually being wiped down and food refreshed promptly. Best hotel waffle I've ever had with with extra toppings of caramel sauce and crushed walnuts. "
