The setting was wonderful. The accommodations were spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The owner - Bernardo was welcoming and always helpful in terms of understanding how to explore the national park.

Great property with lovely staff. Felt like we were the only guests at times but it was full! Pool was a delight, billiard room was fun and the common areas were thoughtfully laid out and decorated.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful part of the country

A hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us and the dog. The room was a good size and had a balcony with a hammock and lake view. The breakfast was good, with freshly cooked eggs. The food in the evening was a bit limited; only one choice of a main meal but there were numerous bar snacks and sharing platters. Not really a problem though, as there was a restaurant 5 minutes walk down the road. In all a very enjoyable stay

Bernard was quite kind and helpful to us. We arrived early and he allowed us to securely store our luggage while we went hiking. He fixed us a bowl of soup and gave us bread when we were too tired that evening to go out. Excellent breakfast in the morning.

Final de semana inesquecível!

A estadia foi excelente! O local é de fácil acesso e bem tranquilo. O hotel em si é lindo (mais do que as fotos), os quartos, limpeza, piscina, etc... tudo perfeito! Utilizamos ainda as bikes do hotel e foi muito bom o passeio. Os funcionários são simpáticos e muito educados, prestativos a todo momento. Voltarei mais vezes com certeza! Eu e meu esposo adoramos o três dias que passamos lá. Super recomendo.

Atendimento nota 10. Nao há do que reclamar. Todos muito simpáticos, atenciosos, sempre prontos a nos atender com um grande sorriso. O proprietário nos ligou para saber nosso horário de chegada, ja que o check in é ate as 20h e nos esperou com mta disposição, chegamos as 22h. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Daniela muito carismática dando-nos várias dicas de passeios.

Pata descansar

O hotel fica no meio do Gerês. É ideal para quem quer fazer trilhas e descansar. A unica coisa que há perto é um restaurante, por sinal muito bom. Por isso, o único "se não" é ter que se apanhar o carro para visitar os arredores. A estrada não é má, mas por ser muito sinuosa (na serra), em determinados trajetos sem proteção nas laterais, e em duplo sentido, acaba por tornar qualquer viagem lenta e bastante cansativa. Os quartos são bons, insonorisados, amplos, o colchão muito bom e a casa de banho tb. No meu caso, os únicos "se nãos" foram: o quarto não tinha rede, e eu estava a contar com isso, não há frigobar, e como não há nada nos arredores, acabaria por dar jeito; e senti falta de um espelho de aumento na casa de banho. O pequeno almoço é bom, e o staff muito solícito.

Wonderful to rest

It is a wonderful Hotel, really clean, really comfortable. The swimming-pool is very good and beautiful. The landscape it's amazing, and the Hotel is surrounded by Nature. Everyone is nice and the breakfast is delicious. A Hotel to return for sure.
