"Room and free food were a touch basic and 100% satisfactory (coffee, tea, water, milk; bread, packaged croissants, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, jams, cereal). Right on the mark for the price. Location is close to local grocery options, but a hearty walk to old town activity or the beach. I did the walk each day, but some may prefer a ride or bus."

"Wir kamen pünktlich zum Check in an und unser Zimmer war immer noch nicht fertig. Haben zwei Stunden länger warten müssen bis wir aufs Zimmer konnten. Dann war es auch nicht mal sauber. Klebrige Ablagen und Tische. Im Restaurant leider selbiges. Es wurde nicht richtig abgeräumt und die Tische waren klebrig und die Stühle waren mit Vogelmist. Das war sehr unappetitlich. Dann am zweiten Abend den Magen beim Buffet verdorben. Wir bekommen eine flache Wein aufs Haus"

"While this hotel was not in the city of Lagos, it was an easy drive to the downtown area and waterfront. Set among the old homes in a quaint area. The lady who runs it was wonderful and very helpful with suggestions where to eat and how to get downtown. For a non-discriminatory traveller on a budget. This is a wonderful place to stay."

"La résidence est située un peu à l'écart de Lagos, au calme, parfait. La piscine est agréable même si les abords ne sont pas très entretenus, ni le sol du petit bain. L'appartement a du potentiel mais est malheureusement mal entretenu et nous avons été de surprise en surprise au fil des jours... sèche serviette rouillé, volets roulants cassés, chaise et table de cuisine cassés, couverts rouillés / cassés et seulement 3 fourchettes !.... "This was the worst property I have ever stayed at, it was on a nicely kept complex grounds were nice however you went downstairs to it there were cockroaches, ants galore the lounge had been separated with a stud wall cutting out all natural light making the lounge so small it felt so claustrophobic with the lights out it was pitch black!! I did complain to the management company there was only 1 wine glass, the toaster only worked on one side, the pillows were so badly stained without any...
