"Most of the staff was rude, amenities that were included online was not provided most if the staff not all was rude Leah at the front counter was very nice and helpful also the room had roaches at least the room that was assigned to me I would not stay here again"

"Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! The downfall is, there are lots of stairs but it also makes for a better view 😉 #Location #Hotel #Island #View"

"The villa had the most breathtaking views! Staff was friendly and greeted us with a cool beverage. The villa was immaculate with all necessary amenities including coffee, sugar and cream. The on-site restaurant also offers amazing views, excellent food and beverages. Will definitely return to this property!!"

"While this property has withstood the test of time, it is an utterly charming place to stay. I lucked up and was in the Hibiscus villa. The view from it was nothing short of spectacular. That alone was worth the price of admission. The convenience to the airport added to the allure of this property. A mere five minute walk? You can't beat that. "First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available.
Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night.
They need to make that gate higher anyone can...
