The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island! "The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa."

"Great location, nice hotel we had a great room with a view. The bad part, no help with luggage. A lot of steep stairs and uneven surfaces. Unless you’re in good physical shape, it’s a struggle. "

"The room was awesome. The downsides were the amount of stairs. There were golf cart shuttles but getting one when needed was timely. When you did see one you had to jump out of the way or risk getting hit. They drive like it’s a NASCAR track. Out of the many times we did eat at restaurant there was only one server that paid any attention to us. The rest sat us took order and gave check. No refills no how is everything. Did not care."

"We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! "
