"Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.
Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.
We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.
They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.

"Rooms are very clean, AC is very good, beds comfortable but there are few bits it could be improved, such us a kettle with some cheap coffee in the room, the cleaning noise in the morning could be avoided.
Also the location on the map was not very clear, there are several streets with the same name which could take you to wrong places. Just add the exact address on the map.
