"The first front desk agent was not welcoming or friendly. The one that assisted me was nice but there was no review of wifi, restaurants, amenities, or check out time. Room was dated, and uncomfortable. You could hear everything from halls and rooms. They need to renovate this one felt like dorm rooms. "
