Bad Memory with the Hotel Select !

I was very disappointed at the Hotel Select booked via Hotel.com in this time. Actually Hotel Select is over booked , so they sent me to the other Hotel, moreover they strongly insisted that the Breakfast is excluding, but i booke the Hotel including the Breakfast via Hotel.com Absolutely ! Who can compensate it and refund it for Breakfast !?

Déplorable

Accueil pas chaleureux. Première soirée de retour à 23h45 porte fermé sonner taper à la porte plus de 25 minutes. On nous ouvre la porte, une personne dévêtue en plus malhonnête. Chambre sale (très sale) Déjeuner médiocre juste un croissant avec café. J'ai fait des photos de cette établissement déplorable. Plus jamais dans cette hôtel. La honte.

Stay away

They gave me a very dirty room with 3 single beds...when I asked for a clean room they told me that all the rooms were busy and that they would look for something else for me. I went to the bar and when I came back they had given away my room because my luggage in it! They gave me back my luggage but the room was prepaid and they didn’t give me back my money! I had to go to a different hotel. I need to know how to get my money back,

Something went wrong so they sent me to another hotel. That hotel was very good. Stayed there 6 nights.
