"The staff were so welcoming and kind from check in to check out. Loved that! The rooms were spacious and clean and we even did DoorDash twice as it was quick and easy. Ordered some wine from room service and they were friendly and quick. Next trip to LA, we are staying there as it’s so Close to the airport my husband loved watching all the planes take off and land. Lastly they have a shuttle that took us to and from the hotel. It was all around perfect."

"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"Very nice property, however... I asked at check in about late check out, I was told I had to ask later in my stay, so I asked each day, and received the same answer, cut to the chase, they KNEW based on occupancy there would be no late check out. So just tell people, it's not the end of the world, the kabuki theater was nonsense. The broken escalator was more amusing than problematic. Personal grievance aside, the Palms is the best choice within 20 miles."

"Property was nice however, the air was not working that great in the room so we were a little hot all night. Also this is the first hotel I have been in with NO window!! This was the worst part. "At check in they gave me the keys to a room someone was already in. I walked in on someone. It was a very awkward situation that I wasn't very happy with. That encounter could have been dangerous.
