You are close to everything airport, beach, hip-strip and downtown mobay. But the stars 🌟 of sea garden beach resort is the hard working staff . Orville, Vanessa, etc. I like 👍 this property a lot 💯💯💯💯

This was my first trip to Jamaica and I chose Montego Bay. When searching I came across SeaGarden Resort and said this will be my location of stay. From the time I got out the shuttle I was greeted with nice people and big smiles. Claudia at the front desk check us in and realize it was by birthday weekend before I was able to tell her. Happy belated birthday Claudia she was 9-23. While checking us in she told us to go eat because it was lunch time. When we enter the dining we were greeted by Mr. Clayton and what a gem he is. Our entire stay Mr.Clayton treated me as if I was his family. Shantel and Charm was very helping with planning out our days and Damion was always sweet and willing to help whenever he is needed. I can tell the staff enjoy working for this company. Lastly Mr. Dwight was so nice and helpful what a great leader. He doesn’t just delegate task, but also helps out his team. Overall my stay was wonderful, but the reason I would come back and stay at the resort is Mr.Clayton.

I had a not so nice stay here, when I first arrived, there was no one to welcome my wife and I at the entrance or help guide us to the concierge to check in. Also we had been traveling for almost 9hrs and when we finally figured out the check in area, there was no refreshments to quench our thirst. There was lack of awareness of refilling the punches for incoming guests as they arrived. I even spoke to a RUDE!!! front office, who in her words said "These things happen" she didn't even offer any apology and was just non-chalant. Even one when I went to have dinner, one of the dishes was not labeled and I assumed it was " Beef Oxtails and gravy", but I came to find out it was PORK! after my wife had it the next day. I will never stay there again because it was an unpleasant experience. Good thing I have been to Jamaica in the past and had AMAZING service, because if I was a first timer it would ruin my wanderlust to ever visit again.

I enjoyed my stay at Seagarden Resort, all the staff was very helpful and courteous. The buffet dinning room needed a little more verity. The entertainment was a bit lame. The disco could have been fun but the Deejays were not playing any good and latest music. We don't come to Jamaica to listen to R&B , we want to hear reggae and the latest reggae, the Deejays were playing music for themselves not to entertain the guests. Overall I will be back again!!

Enjoyed the unique resort right in the community and the various dining options. BUT many families come to an all-inclusive resort for onsite activities, too. Only consistent activity was 9PM entertainment. The daily activities posted on the bulletin board for the beach were nonexistent. Either they didn't happen or lead person didn't show up or equipment was broken (no tennis courts, no trampoline, no games at beach) or they didn't offer to reschedule rainy outdoor activities, indoors instead. THIS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I love Jamaica. This is my 3rd time going, but I won't return to this resort as far as food goes. I can't complain much. Rate 7/10. I was not fond of the desserts, with the exception of a few. I loved the cornmeal porridge. My biggest complaints will have to do with the staff. Check-in was smooth, and they were pretty nice, but most of the waiters, staff, and bartenders were very rude. There were also colorists who didn't speak to the Caucasian customers the same way they did to the black customers. You should treat all people of all race the same you would think people from a island known for love would know this.The rooms are also pretty outdated and need a upgrade the socket in my room was accident waiting to happen. I also feel like the cleaning stuff should tidy up the rooms more I had to ask multiple times for clean towels and washcloths. I will not return to this resort and do not recommend

Our room upon arrival was dark, broken, noisy, and outdated. The front desk was accommodating and moved us to a much better room without a charge. Overall, our stay was very nice. The staff are all very friendly and pleasant. The meals were all pretty similar which wasn’t very fun after a few days. Also, the food was often cold. If food is important, don’t recommend, otherwise great place to stay!

Staff were rude and they do not offer anything when youre paying full price but everything included is not functioning property for example ac or lights. No accommodations were made. They were rude.

I like the fact that it is Jamaican owned. It is a small and cozy hotel. I just loved the atmosphere every is friendly and easily accessible. The food is excellent!!

I lived in Montego Bay for a while knew of Sea Gardens and did not know it was such a massive operation. I am impressed and will definitely be back when I visit Jamaica. I highly recommend this hotel.

This property is older, but everyone is always so nice and it was so beautiful. All the staff was happy, helpful, and willing to help you with whatever you needed. Some of the buildings are older, and may need some maintenance, but nothing not typical (maintenance is always something no matter where you go). The food on the buffet was awesome, no matter what time of day, and the drinks were good. The beach was small, but really nice, clean, and full of activities that were so fun such as kayaking, snorkeling, and paddle boards. The gift shop was a bit pricey , so wait to get souvenirs at the airport. All in all my husband and I had a great time and will be back to Sea Garden resort.
