"What a delightful hotel this was. Wonderful location with an easy walk up into the cute town of Senetil de Bodegas. The staff were charming and we thoroughly enjoyed the super soze swimming pool in the pretty garden area. Definintely would stay again. "

"Pleasant rustic hotel in good location at side of lake, ample free parking. Room quite large with plenty of storage space. We booked room with lake view, can be noisy as this also looks over bar and restaurant. Breakfast adequate continental, dinner in restaurant very good. Downside is basic maintenance, worn lock on bedroom door, creaking doors, wardrobe door would not stay closed, toilet system flush required replacing, reported no WiFi in bedroom for 3 days finally working on day we departed."

Our goal was to be upon the mountains to do that and this place was perfect. we did several hikes directly from our front door. The views are spectacular, and you are well out of the hustle bustle of the city. There are not a lot of restraunts and you will need to get food and the small stores in ubrique.
