Accueil bref et froid et quand on demande un renseignement pour la wifi qui ne fonctionne pas, on dérange et le réceptionniste répond qu'il n'est pas technicien. je n'ai jamais vu un accueil aussi désagréable dans un hôtel. Surement un jeune peut être, étudiant qui n' a rien a faire de la clientèle. ...

Je vais toujours dans cet établissement quand je remonte à Nancy. Le personnel est hyper sympa aux petits soins. Les chambres sont propres l’hôtel est calme Je trouve le petit déjeuner un peu cher … Mais sinon rien à redire Je recommande fortement cet établissement
