"Sono deluso solo della qualità dei pasti. Incolore, insapore e senza il mordente tipico del piatto calabrese. Per non parlare del supplento di 7€ a pasto per celiaci. Mia moglie ha dovuto pagare di piu per avere meno scelta. "The grounds of the hotel are very nice, good size pools, but the buildings, rooms, restaurant is in very poor condition, lights are not working on the paths, no shades on the pool areas, the dirty windows and walls in the dinning room. Our room, bedside light not working, no toilet seat, we asked them to replace it twice, no chance Our meal times were a nightmare, eating the first course, when the second arrives at the table within minutes, the pasta awful, no fruit in morning, if you can wait...

"Leaking ceilings onto hallway carpeting. Booked in March for a Sept stay and was given an unacceptable room overlooking a roof when I inquired, they change us to at least a street view. Very hot rooms, was not able to control air-conditioning to be cooler, it was controlled by the front desk.🙄😵‍💫 I will say Patricia at the front desk was the most helpful of anyone at this hotel"
