Property is cute but needs an upgrade on room furniture. Sofa bed horrible!! King bed mattress and pillows are old and need to be replaced. Uncomfortable , I did not rest. Room has a small fridge that needs to be placed in a better position because door gets stuck on rug and it is hard to open. Room did look clean. Would not stay here again. Too expensive for what the place looked like.

We loved where the property was located, and the property itself was beautiful Just needed maintenance and updates. Some of our windows wouldn’t open and close all the way. Wasn’t able to lock some of them And a good deep cleaning was needed. On our second night, I found five black ants in our bed Wasn’t sure where they came from we weren’t eating in the bed Didn’t even eat in the room. We ate breakfast there one morning the breakfast was great I had chili’s quiles and my wife had biscuits and gravy. The staff at breakfast was friendly and understanding of our crying two year old.

My stay at Lighthouse Lodge and Cottages was idillic! CJ at the front desk was very kind and helpful and kicked off the stay with fantastic hospitality! The room was spacious and beautiful, with the fireplace and onsite heated pool and hot tub serving as the cherry on top! I’d love to return and would highly recommend the place.

Thank you to the hotel for the service, great staff. I really liked the breakfasts, there are options to choose from and an assortment on the tables. I would also like to mention the pool with warm water. we were there in the evening and had a great time. But there were moments that I really didn't like. We took the Junior Cottage room for four people with a double bed and a sofa. We had to unfold the sofa ourselves, although the room for four was booked in advance. There were no extra pillows in the room, I had to run back to the reception. The sofa is too small for two people. Thank you for providing us with an additional rollover. But the mattress of both the sofa and the folding bed are very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs and bend a lot. My back hurt after the night. There was only one blanket, the rest of the beds had thin blankets, so it was cold at night. I still don't understand why a room with two double beds (and most likely comfortable ones) is cheaper than this one. We preferred to change rooms, but we didn't want to waste time, we lost a lot of time preparing our room, carrying pillows and moving furniture, so we had to change our plans to get everything done in time. I recommend replacing the sofa in the rooms, preparing the room in advance if it is for four people, taking more photos (the photo gives the impression that the room is two-room).
