The rooms were outdated. Need frig and microwaves The bathroom door did not close all the way and it had nollock and no light by the shower so it was dark in the shower. It was noisy with birds making all kinds of noise at night. It was clean which I appreciated. Breakfast offered was coffee, granola bars and fruit. I will not be going back to that hotel.

Our stay was great- it’s in the middle of everything, it’s less expensive than many other hotels in the area, it was easy to travel with our dogs (we used one of the local doggie daycare places for a few hours while we were off adventuring), parking is close & easy, and the room was comfy.

Monterrey didn’t honor my reservation true Expedia and was a big nightmare cancel it and get my refund back ; they don’t care my and my family have nowhere else to stay or offer more options only said sorry we overbook and that’s it

I like the hotel a lot. Even though it’s older, it’s very quaint. Better to stay in the deluxe newer rooms. The older rooms don’t have access to an elevator. There is no parking so that is a bit challenging but street parking is free at night.
