1 noite de passagem, bonito quarto e localização, todo o quarto tinha mobília nova e bem amurada. Apesar de não existir recepção ou acessibilidades do hotel perto, por outro lado dava a independência de um apartamento.

Al momento del Check in ,effettuato presso una struttura distante 50 metri dall’alloggio che avevamo inizialmente prenotato , l’accoglienza e la cortesia del personale sono state impeccabili. Data la poca affluenza di turisti, causata purtroppo dall’emergenza covid, il Signor Roberto addetto alla reception ci ha sistemati, con nostra graditissima sorpresa,in una suite dell’hotel dove abbiamo effettuato il check in. Il signor Roberto ci ha fatto l’ulteriore cortesia di custodire i nostri bagagli nel ripostiglio della reception , nel frattempo che la nostra stanza veniva preparata per la Nostra permanenza, lasciandoci andare tranquillamente in spiaggia, per poi farceli trovare già in stanza al nostro ritorno. Appena entrati in stanza, ci è saltato subito all’occhio il terrazzino che affaccia sul mare e un altro grazioso balconcino posto sul lato opposto della camera. L’ arredamento é studiato nei minimi dettagli, vi sono diverse panche e poltroncine sulle quali rilassarsi, un letto comodo e spazioso e un pratico minifrigo, un vero gioiellino. Il bagno, pulitissimo e profumato, è molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort,ma ciò che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente e stata la grande e pratica doccia. La posizione è a dir poco ottima: la struttura dista meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge libere e dai lidi, dalla stazione e dal corso principale ricco di negozi, ristoranti e bar. La reception è aperta Fino alle 22:00, oltre quell’orario è possibile rientrare in struttura

Appartamento molto bello e moderno, dotato di aria condizionata, phon, 2 piccoli frigoriferi. Pulito e vicino alla spiaggia. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, Federico, é stato molto gentile e disponibile (ci ha permesso di lasciare la camera più tardi al check out e abbiamo lasciato le valigie presso l'albergo vicino fino alla sera). Unica pecca è la mancanza in bagno di una finestra.

We were visiting Monterosso as part of a roadtrip through Italy. We got caught in traffic and realised we'd never make it to the hotel by the cut off check in time so we called the number provided which lead to a message in Italian. We tried for hours with no response, we even had local officers translate the message but they said it made no sense. We finally made it to the hotel worried that we'd be locked out but thankfully they'd read an email we sent and stayed open for us. So that was a pro, despite the fact that we received no response. We were then taken to our room which isn't actually in the hotel but about 50 metres down the road. There are a number of stairs to reach the room so pack light (if you choose to stay here). Whilst showering the water fills up so you're basically standing in a bath of your own filth. The hot water is scarce and runs out after about 10 minutes. The walls are very thin- everything can be heard from the other room, loud fridge. There were cracks in our walls which were hidden by a couple of paintings. One of our pillows smelt like mould. The air conditioner wasn't working so a portable one was installed meaning the window had to always be open for the exhaust to exit the room- letting insects in freely. The reception staff were friendly and the greatest thing about this hotel is the location, as it's steps away from the beach. However, we read the reviews but chose not to believe them but now understand they aren't an exaggeration.

It was a pleasant enough stay. The only difficult thing was we had to check in at a different hotel, walk to our 'door' -- which was close, but we had to haul our heavy suitcases up a huge, steep flight of stairs. And the stairs had no handrail. Getting them down was even trickier. The room was clean and comfortable, it was close to everything. There were pictures covering a wall where the sheet rock was falling off, so that needs to be repaired....

First night was a nightmare! They put us in a room with no air conditioning, broken shower, a sink that wouldn’t drain, tv not working and mosquitoes. Instead of apologizing for their mistakes, the person that answers the reviews wrote: feel free to check out! If they refund our money and there were any other hotel available, we would check out for sure!!! Then they transfer us to another room next night. Room was ok. Last night we couldn’t open our door. It was stuck! Luckily it was before 11pm because if it was after we would sleep outside. We are never coming back and not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The property is in an excellent location opposite the beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and the train station. Our room was lovely and the beach front balcony was awesome.

Great location. Very weird booking in at another property then walking though a bizarre to get to room. We drove there but struggled to bet access to the town to park. The security at the top of the hill didn’t want to let us through, tried ringing the property to check with them but no answer. We called as well - no answer. Very stressful overall. More information and ability to contact is needed!
