"En general bien. Recién llegamos a la habitación y no todo estaba limpio, habia polvito. Uno de los días hicieron mal el servicio de limpieza a la habitación, no cambiaron las toallas sucias y no dejaron el café de cortesía, aunque al día siguiente le comenté ese detalle a la mucama y me lo repuso ..."

"Be aware: you will be charged extra for a child, parking is extra fees, the room was dirty, sheets dirty, for being a hotel in downtown of “luxury”- the maintenance and cleanliness was not satisfactory. We’ve always stayed here plenty of times but this time, it was nothing we expected as usual."
