"We had a three day stay at Lumina Valley View Monteverde in April 2025. The house is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It has an amazing gourmet kitchen (love the waterfall style granite countertop!) and a great view with a lovely, vibrant orange sunset. Lovely furnishings and decor. Volcano Lodge Hotel & Thermal Experience

"Our family loved our stay at the Volcano Lodge. It was close to Fortuna and had an incredible view of the volcano. The pool and the 3 thermal hot springs areas were magical. The swim up bar in the hot spring pool was very unique. Breakfast was very tasty each morning and the staff was super friendly. Our bungalow room opened up on a patch of forest where we’d sit on chairs and watch a parade of exotic birds and butterflies fly by. We would highly recommended it!"

"The Cala Lodge is so eco conscious, views are phenomenal , nature walk, birds…wow! Staff is extremely kind and breakfast was delicious. Recommendations were appreciated. Room so cute and comfy. A small coffee maker/hot water maker in room would be amazing but only a suggestion. Was a wonderful experience and close to cloud forest!"
