Ótimo custo benefício. Grande parte do hotel foi reformado recentemente. Funcionários solicitos. Fiquei no 5º andar, o meu quarto não estava reformado (armários antigos, a parte do banheiro também...) porém era grande com uma cama de casal e 2 de solteiro. Café da manhã com algumas frutas, salada de frutas, media luna, paes, sucrilhos, queijo, presunto, uns 3 tipos de sobremesas ( não eram boas ), máquina de café, chocolate quente ... Localizado ao lado da Av. 18 Julho- bem central. Há restaurantes e pizzarias perto. Único ponto foi que já havia passado o horário do nosso checkin e o quarto nao estava pronto. Esperamos 20m porém não ficou pronto e resolvemos sair para comer. As toalhas não estavam no quarto.... pedimos... disseram que iam levar e não foram... meu marido desceu para pegar.

Os funcionários são atenciosos , porém tivemos um problema com a limpeza do quarto que tivemos que solicitar e as toalhas que tivemos que estavam em falta e tivemos que aguardar mas tirando isso tudo certo.

A atendente da noite me disse que não sabe o que a atendente da manhã resolve, quando questionada sobre os pedidos feitos para limpar o quarto e trocar as toalhas. Elevador horrível! Descarga do quarto 101 não funciona direito! Não recomendo! Se puderem, fiquem em outro hotel!
