Room was clean, the window was covered at night there was noise on the street. Secured parking. Breakfast was good, lots of pastries, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt all kinds of coffee. Staff very friendly. Very good location

Quisiera dejar mi feedback sobre mi estadía en el hotel. Lamentablemente, el servicio no fue agradable y não recibí ningún tipo de soporte por parte del personal. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y la limpieza de la habitación fue insuficiente. Además, se me cobraron tasas con valores que superan de forma exorbitante el monto de la reserva. Para completar, la habitación asignada era diferente de la que había reservado. Espero que estas observaciones ayuden a mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes. Wi-Fi pésimo

A limpeza pecou um pouco, havia fios de cabelos nos ralos da pia e chuveiro, bem como no lençol da cama, com algumas sujeiras. Abaixo da cama estava muito sujo. Percebi quando precisei pegar meu tênis que foi para baixo. O vaso sanitário tinha marcas de fezes. E estava com problema hidráulico, o tempo inteiro pingando. Wifi muito ruim. Falhando constantemente.

Equipe muito prestativa. Ótima localização, fica próximo a avenida 18 de maio. Prédio meio antigo, quatto pequeno, c pouca luz natural, limpeza deixou muito a desejar, banheiro c cortina de pano q molhava muito fora do box e o serviço de quarto não secava. Camas c bastante pó em baixo. Cama bem confortável.
