"The first room we checked into had blood on sheets and hair in the shower. The staff gave us another room in which the refrigerator smelled like cat pee. We were too tired to ask for another room, not knowing what we would find in there so we just didn't use the refrigerator."

"I have stayed at lot of Wyndham properties, and this is by far the worst property on the chain, when we arrived around 4:30 am, there were children out front of the property sitting on a chair. No parents or adult’s anywhere. I go inside to check in, but the front desk smelled of grandma old furniture mothballs… there is rugs going up the stairs to the 2nd floor outside had mold, uneven and I tripped going up, the only good thing was the ac was cold. "We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and super friendly. My kids were a bit chaotic but they helped with every request (I was not difficult by any means, but they never seemed inconvenienced). The property was clean but was outdated. For the price I paid I was very happy with our stay. Breakfast was great."

"This place is run down, not kept up at all. I had to request a second room because the first one beds were full of hairs. My colleague received two rooms with blood-stained beds and she moved hotels. My second room was tolerable in terms of clean bed and clean toilet and shower. The rest? I avoided touching as much as possible and washed my hands frequently. Baseboard was completely peeled off the wall. Light switches and walls had spots all over them. Curtains ripped and tattered. "The staff were so nice and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was decent with lots of options, including oatmeal eggs, sausage, biscuits&gravy, cereal, waffles, fruit, juice, the WORKS! and the morning staff was super nice too. Room was clean and A/C worked the way it should. We couldn't have asked for a better place to rest for the night ❤️"

"It won't let me put zero stars or i definitely would, cause hers the thing when we got there the lights were not plugged in the fridge was not plugged in and the TV remote could not be found. We did not spend much time in room cause we had stuff to do but, when we did decide to call it a night and go in and go to bed. That's when it went bad fast.
