"The room was dirty. If the AC was turned up from where it was set when we walked in (61 degrees) to a non-freezing temp (68), the whole room became incredibly wet to the point we were slipping on the floor. Every surface was wet & disgusting. The breakfast was not great."

"Everything was exceptional. The room was just as shown on the booking. The balcony was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. Only thing is lifting the wonderful weighted bed cover and seeing the natural cotton on the inside brown from rewashing. But overall such a wonderful experience. Staff was ..."
