"We paid a budget price so were not expecting luxury, however there were lots of very basic issues with the house. The place was very musty on arrival and it seemed as if it hadn’t been opened up for a long time. The smell also pervaded the kitchen cupboards so I had to wash every item of crockery and cutlery before we could use it. Not that there was a lot of crockery - only side plates and tapas dishes. Only half of the toaster worked, there were many light fittings without bulbs, we had 4...

"Apart from a bed which creaked whenever I changed position, and the sink never holding water for long (which last problem I've had in 4* hotels), I have no complaints. The staff were fanastic - great local knowledge, friendly and helpful. Only NASA could get a 10/10 from me; if they ever start running hotels, they should consider hiring the staff here to train theirs. Would I consider staying here again? Absolutely!"

"I was there for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. The circuit is approx. 10 km from the track. I rode my bicycle to and from the track. For me it was 25 minutes there (mostly downhill) and 40 minutes back (mostly uphill). The property gates are locked during the night, so the risk of my bike bring stoken was negligible. The staff was friendly, but reacted weird at checkout when I said there was water dripping from the ceiling in my bathroom. No biggie, but it doesn't want to make me point out technical issues to the front desk at hotels anymore. The bed was clean but the mattress very firm. The pool is fantastic. The restaurant was busy, but the staff worked hard to accommodate everyone. The menu selection is limited, but I enjoyed the food. Overall a good stay."

"it is a nice budget hotel close to the higway with confortable beds and breakfast included It can be an option if you do not want to spend to much money on hotel in center Barcelona. It is a little far from touristic area but only 20 min by express bus from the subway station center Barcelona. The bus stop is at 5 min walking. Area is pretty safe with grocery shopping close and small restaurants/ bars open until midnight.For us was perfect and on budget . One think, the breakfast area really need extra staff to refill cafe, cheese plates, bread.....It was often missing something."
