"Staff was great. Hot tub and pool have been out of order for a year. We got a handicap room that was very old and not clean. Usually we have great rooms at this holiday inn "
"If you need a place to sleep, that's if you get to sleep due to the other pets and dogs barking in the building. And some of these upgrades are downgrades according to what I would look at not sure what was going on in the bathroom you might want to finish your weird paint job. The only reason why I'm going to stay here one more time is cuz I've already booked it. Hopefully it's a better experience in a different room."
"This place was gross. Filthy, dirty, rude guy at the front desk. Noisy at night, and wouldnt let me park my car with trailer in the lot due to having a uhaul rentql company in the same building."
"Nice clean room, bathroom was nice with walk-in shower. One thing to note, we booked a king with sofa. The description did not say that the sofa pulled out, it said 3 person max in the room. We were a little worried about this as we have 2 boys, but when we got there we found it did pull out so was perfect for us. Description needs to be updated though. The boys loved the water slides and are already asking to go back! "
"Got to my hotel room, door was open. There’s hair in the sink that’s not mine and there appears to be blood on the curtain. I ended up going across the parking lot to Walmart to buy my own cleaning supplies. Definitely not worth the price. "
"Property is tired. Pillows and bedding need replacing. Beds were comfortable but should be upgraded, at least with the newer mattress encasing covers that are readily available. Workmanship like caulking and painting are poor. Parking lot has some serious pot holes.
Pool and spa were closed. Restaurant was not open for breakfast.
Staff were friendly and helpful."
