When I arrived room smelled like cigarettes and like food was just cooked ! I was given a paw on a piece of paper to go to my room in a separate building from reception . I had to move from another hotel nearby to hotel oceana metropole late last night when I arrived which was stressful . I’ve stayed here before and is always super clean and quiet inside . Staff was very helpful finding me a room last minute .
