Excellent, but noisy

Excellent quality accommodations. Unfortunately my room’s location was noisy from the tram bell below and the elevator and staircase door. Barking dog in the hotel throughout the evening. Ask for a quiet room.

Air conditioner and dishwasher did not work. We reported it numerous times and they never fixed it. It was very hot. The electric kettle did not work. We asked for a working one and never got it. The girl at the front desk was quite rude.

The location of the parking garage was confusing, and we initially parked at a nearby hotel’s parking lot by mistake. We had to go to the reception first to get proper directions. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was stuck at 28°C, making it very hot. Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either, as there was loud drumming outside and construction started early in the morning right outside the window with scaffolding. The bathroom had stains from someone dyeing their hair, and when we tried to use the toaster, it caused a power outage in the room. Although the staff at reception were friendly, there were just too many problems overall.

Nicely set up for a long stay and a comfortable bed. I ended up the accessibility room, which i didnt need. So the bathroom wasn't great for me. Overall, good stay.

Déçu ...

L'hôtel n'a absolument pas tenu compte de ma demande - lors de la réservation 1 mois avant - d'une chambre au calme donnant à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Les chambres donnant sur rue sont TRES bruyantes (cf. tram et circulation) et les fenêtres mal insonorisées. Par ailleurs, pas de bouilloire disponible pour se faire un thé/café...

Bon hôtel, le rooftop est très sympa. Balcon spacieux mais j'ai passé trois,nuits,a l'hôtel et la chambre n'a,jamais été faite. Je ne sais pas si c'est la politique de l'hôtel mais ayant fait des centaines de séjours en hôtel ça m'a surpris. Le petit déjeuner etait également décevant, les paisn au chocolat etaient décongelés.

Apart’HOTEL assez classique mais fonctionnel avec parking en sous-sol et une offre de parking publics de proximité. Ce qui distingue cet hôtel sont les deux petits restaurants en rooftop d’une excellente qualité et cuisine imaginative appropriée à l’emplacement exceptionnel. L’invention d’une Urbaniste culinaire qui valorise ce type d’hôtellerie souvent trop fonctionnel et sans charme.

1 nuit séjour pro, bon accueil, chambre refaite confortable et très bien équipé, l’accès au parking sous terrain payant avec les instructions reçu par mel (point GPS) est parfait pour trouver l’entrée dans l’impasse. Le bémol concerne l’insonorisation vers l’extérieur inexistante, j’étais au 1er étage côté rue juste au dessus de l’arrêt du tram, le bruit de la foule qui parle plus le ding dong des tramway en approche s’arrêtent vers minuit ☹️

Muito bom, mas o colchão da cama é muito duro.

Tudo muito. Lugar limpo, novo, bem equipado e com café da manhã excelente. Mas uma coisa pesou negativamente a cama. O colchão é muito duro. Eu e minha mulher saímos do hotel direto pra uma massagista: ficamos com as costa doídas. Nem relaxante muscular resolveu. Estamos até agora com dores nas costas. Uma pena esse detalhe (importante, porque a razão de se procurar um hotel é, também, dormir bem) ter atrapalhado porque, no mais, não há do que reclamar do hotel.

La chambre était côté tramway, l'isolation phonique est vraiment pas terrible, d'autant plus que les services de la ville avait décidé de passer un coup de meuleuse de 23:00 à 4:30 sur les rails.
