Very friendly staff. Clean restrooms and beds. Old carpet, paint. AC/fan not working, and no screen on window so I spent evening chasing mosquitoes then being too hot once I closed the window. Inexpensive but I would have paid more for good sleep and no bites.

Proprietors are very pleasant. Accommodations are very affordable but clean and neat. You would want to arrive by car, the hotel is not near restaurants or entertainment. We found taxi service to be pricey. Nonetheless, enjoyed our stay.

Location is an outskirts of the city Montpellier. We used Park & Ride, 4 min driving to Garcia Lorca Tram Station, then 20-25 min ride. Not so many things around the hotel in walking distance. Facility needs some update, but room itself was very clean. Room was kind of small for long stay and pretty basic amenities. Free parking. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Very nice family atmosphere. Breakfast was around 9 euro, everything was very tasty. Highly recommend. Overall good value for money.

Hotel in really poor condition.

The hotel is in terrible condition. Although the bathroom was after the renovation but it was done very poorly. Caulking in the bathroom seemed to be done by 5 year old child. Rooms are very poorly equipped. I was not able to close the window with the negative temperature outside. The only heating source was small electric transportable heater which smelled when warm. The room decor is terrible and looks like a shelter for homeless people. Everything is so cheap. The bathroom towels were so warn out that instead of white they were gray in terrible condition.

Chaleureux et correct mais vétuste

Les plus : Bon accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Bon service : eau filtrée pour gourde, Clim, salle avec jeux de société, chat qui se balade. Bon petit déjeuné occidentale (croissant, fromage frais, healthy, fruit, jus…) Bonne literie confortable et propre. Les moins : En arrivant il y avait des odeurs d’humidité et de renfermé qui restaient même en ouvrant la fenêtre. Il faisait froid. Car la chambre était mal isolée et vieillotte. Par conséquent, on entendait énormément les gens de l’étage et des côtés : marcher / ouvrir les porte. Ce qui est dérangeant la nuit. État général : petit chalet vieillot donc mal isolé. C’est propre mais Vétuste. Avec bon accueil suffisant pour une nuit à deux, peut être pas pour une famille.

Accueil super ! Chambre fonctionnelle et literie ultra confortable ! Salle de bain pratique également. Peut être un petit rafraîchissement des menuiseries, déco, serait bien. Sinon je reviendrai avec plaisirs.

À fuir absolument – expérience catastrophique

Ne vous fiez surtout pas aux avis positifs, je me demande sincèrement comment ils ont pu être rédigés au vu de l'état déplorable de cet établissement. Notre chambre au rez-de-chaussée était littéralement insalubre : - Murs gonflés d’humidité, moisissures et taches apparentes. - Odeur de renfermé et de pourriture persistante, aussi bien dans le couloir que dans la chambre. - Aucun joint à la fenêtre, ce qui accentue encore une isolation déjà inexistante. - Le bruit est constant, entre la porte d’accès nocturne qui claque toutes les 15 minutes la nuit juste devant les chambres et le parking bruyant à quelques mètres, où des personnes traînent parfois. Impossible de dormir. Le pire ? Le gérant, Sébastien, s’est montré hautain et désagréable au téléphone. Contrairement à ce que j’ai pu lire ici, il n’a proposé aucune solution, bien au contraire. Il a même fini par nous avouer que cette chambre n’était pas censée être louée, mais qu’il n’avait « pas le choix » car l’hôtel était complet. Inacceptable. Je déconseille formellement toute chambre au rez-de-chaussée (et l’hôtel en général). Si c’est votre cas, n’y restez pas et allez dans l’un des nombreux hôtels à proximité, vous vous éviterez une nuit infernale. Ce lieu ne mérite clairement pas les notes qu’il affiche. Pour ma part, je ne compte pas en rester là : j’ai engagé des démarches auprès de ma banque, et si vous avez vécu une expérience similaire, n’hésitez pas à m'écrire

Hôtel confortable et propre

Nous avons apprécié cet hôtel pour son ambiance, son confort et sa propreté, la literie de bonne qualité, le buffet petit déjeuner bien garni et le personnel très aimable et efficace ! Seul bémol : un peu bruyant lors du passage dans les couloirs de certains clients
