Great Place

Fantastic location, great communication, wonderful people to deal with and apartment was well equipped and had everything needed for our stay. Washer/dryer use was an added bonus. The bed was not very comfortable but we are middle aged and prefer a softer mattress. Overall great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Great location for accessing public transport options, especially metro and 747 airport bus as well as central railway station. Reasonable walking distance to old town area, especially Notre Dame basilica. Large supermarket and shopping mall were less than 5 minute walks away. Basement unit that we had was a little tight for our family of four with two teenagers, but we had a good stay.

The pictures for this property are very deceptive or photoshopped outright, and I suspect the positive reviews are not real. Dirty floors, dirt marks on the ceiling, mold in the showers, furniture is too big for the tiny space. It was so tight that you’d have to move the kitchen table just to get to the fridge. In other words, by far the worst experience in 10 years that I’ve been using Hotels.com I can go on… but just don’t stay here.

Central location, within walking distance to food, shopping, old Montreal and the Pier. The apartment was well stocked with dishes/appliances to eat-in, and towels/toiletries for an enjoyable stay. The apartment was very clean! Loved our stay, would come back to the same place the next time we visit Montreal.

Location is amazing. Right in heart of downtown Montreal and back door of China town. Walking distance to notre-dame basilica. Room is small but clean and have everything u need. WiFi is so so. Have 15 min offloading spot right in front of door. In front of that has 3 public parking space and 4 public parking spot down the end of Anderson St. there is time limit for Like 9pm -9 am also may be occupied by anyone . So u might consider to pay for public parking @$18/day Down the street. So you can in and out anytime. Over all for a budget traveler . Yes will be back again

Nice apartment, very cozy and great location. Easy check-in and out. 3 parking spots in the front but additional pay lot down the road. Dishes were not cleaned well, had to re-wash everything before using. One glass was stuck in the cupboard, couldn't remove it. Other than that the rest of the place was fairly clean.

The location of this property is ideal and the apartment quiet. I will definitely return to this location. I was in the same building in a different apartment in the past and I do believe the communication issues with this last stay were circumstantial. It had worked out really well the previous time.

Construction hurdles.

Parking non existent due to road construction. Getting into apartment was a huge struggle. Unloading multiple bags, having to get them from the car climbing over barriers, hauling bags over dirt and stones. Getting the access code. Hauling everything down steep narrow steps and having to do it again in reverse when we checked out. It was very difficult for 3 women in their 70’s. That said, the apartment itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. I’m sure once the street construction is done it will be a better experience. I’m grateful we arrived during daylight hours and that it was dry.
