The hotel was great. It was clean. The housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed even when we slept in. The location was great was walkable to everything. Valet was awesome. Overall we had a great great experience and we stayed for almost a week.

We loved our stay at Hotel 10. The vibe is great, the room was very comfortable and the location is perfect for walking around the city. Bonus - its dog friendly so we got to see so many cute puppies.

The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day and was never intrusive. Staff at the front desk was great! My partner had a small knee injury and requesting ice every night and the staff was always so accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Maybe a little expensive but the food was good and it is all-you-can-eat, so great way to fill up before you go out exploring. Overall really great stay, we’ll come back!

The hotel was clean, beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping was excellent. We didn't use the restaurant or the gym. The check-in staff could be nicer and smile a bit. He just handed us the keys, without a proper greeting or telling us about the hotel. Oh well. I did have a major noise complaint. We were in a connecting room which had a family with a crying screaming baby on the other side. The walls were VERY thin, I could hear the kids and the parents talking. I asked to be moved after 2 nights of bad sleep and the hotel accommodated that. So I appreciated it. I didn't really like the room we were moved to, it was smaller than the original I had booked, the washroom was smaller and the room was on the lower floor and noises from the street were worse. At least no crying baby! The location was good for Mutek.

The room was large with fairly comfortable king sized bed. Great shower with supplied soap, shampoo and conditioner. Clean modern surroundings in a very quiet building due to the concrete construction. The location is convenient to surrounding restaurants in the area. Overall we would recommend just be aware that the neighborhood is colourful and not particularly upscale.
