We had a great stay. The pool was a little cold, but it was okay. The hot tub jets were not working, and there was a funky smell in the pool area. However, the staff was really nice, and the room was clean. Breakfast was good, but the portions were small. Everything was within walking distance. 😊

The staff are great, the restaurant is great, the room is great but I paid a lot for a 2 night stay to use a hot tub. The hot tub did not worked at all during my stay and I chose this hotel for the hot tub. I'm disappointed because I wanted to spend a lot of time in it. I have muscle disease and the hot tub helps my pain

I stayed at this hostel from December 22–27. Overall, it was a nice stay and the staff were very helpful and kind. We arrived late, and although our room wasn’t ready, they accommodated us with another room for the night and moved us the next day, which we appreciated. Communication could have been better, and the soap in the washroom wasn’t refilled during our stay. Overall, a good experience with minor areas for improvement. If ever I’m in Montreal again, they will be seeing me!!
